The rooms were spotless and mine was terrific with jet tub and coffee, as for instance. The staff was welcoming and amazing at all levels. The location was marvellous and enjoyable, for example, Michigan Heroes Museum was at walking distance from the hotel.

The stay here was enjoyable for an extra hour at night. We appreciated double room with spa tub. The breakfast available was warm with salads. The location was wonderful, a few steps away from Lager Mill Brewing Museum.

The front desk staff made an effort to accommodate our needs when we arrived. They rearranged rooms to keep us on the same floor, but it was not ideal since we requested adjoining rooms in advance.
The room was hard to access due to a high bed, a challenge for my father-in-law who required assistance. The hotel policy of not guaranteeing requested room types left us disappointed.

Our room with 2 queen beds was super spacious, really cozy, and clean. The staff were friendly and helped a lot. Breakfast was cool since we could order ahead, tho the pool was closed, a bummer for the kids! Great spot close to everything.
